after being discusted over an old gallagher from the seventies that the sellers wouldn't work with me on, i was talking to an old friend who told me he knew of a d28 cw for sale for $1000. i said i would have to hear it first. how are these guitars as a general rule? would i have any problems unloading it if it isn't what i like? thanks

If you can get a D28CW for $1000 buy it! It sells for about $3500 brand new (and that's with a 35% discount off of the Martin MSRP of $5400).... It's an awesome guitar...
