Jim says he once stayed in a hotel while a marching band rehersed next door...and the band had been intentionally scheduled to disrupt his Cyrcaidian rhythms and such...so...

Its sort of shorthand for "theyre after ya, Jim.."

After I saw the interview I was suprised you could think that Seedorf also playing vs the media but I didnt espect his laughing, I hope for him that the call up will be really true.
